marine aquarium (FS) in the san antonio area

i was in s.a. saturday and went by fin-addict but the person that runs the place wasn't there. so i couldn't buy anything or get prices. i'm gonna be up that way again monday the 17th and wanted to check out a few other stores.

can someone list the other stores/shops i should check out. i'm look'n for live stock for the new clam tank.

Besides Fin-Addict, I would go to Aquatic Warehouse and nowhere else really. Check the pet store listings for #'s and adresses

CBpets may not be 'in' san antonio but it is well worth the 20 minute drive up 281, If there is a holy trinity of fish stores in SA, it's CB Pets, Fin Addict, and Aquatic Warehouse. the owners of all these stores are knowledgeable, i believe they are all sponsors. I think they all quarantine, but am only sure about CB pets, I think AW does, but I haven't been to fin addict enough to know (believe it or not, goign out of town to SB pets is actually closer.)

My bad, my bad. Ive never been to CB pets. I will surely take a trip out there soon though. How far is it? Say from 410 and Broadway...

just stay on 410 till you hit san pedro go right it well turn to 281 north. go north till you hit hwy. 46 about 15-20 miles. go left on hwy. 46 till you see the HEB store. they are in the corner of that center. very nice store. call to see if they have clams. that # is 830-980-7380. Richard and Mark are very helpful.
