Robert,
See here is the problem. You live in Austin. We live in San Antonio. The reefer brotherhood down here takes care of each other. All for one and one for all.

LOL i will sell them for cost.
GaryP
Tue, 4th Jan 2005, 06:58 PM
Hell, everyone sells them for cost! Funny how the dealers keep getting bigger and bigger while making no money isn't it?
Where do you guys get those invoices printed anyway?
Gary
alexwolf
Tue, 4th Jan 2005, 07:01 PM
actually, state law requires us to show you the actual true invoice if you ask. Right on the front there is a section called HOLDBACK which is usually 3%, thats the money they use to stay afloat. Plus, more people than you know are willing to give $1000-1500 over sticker. Couple that with financing money, credit life insurance, and extended warraty, you have a healty little profit. But, people who pay invoice less 1/2 holdback, then have their financing arranged make us nothing. If everyone was like that, we would go out of business.

Heck, the manufacturers are going to eventually go direct and sell everything on the net anyway. They just haven't got enough politicians in their pockets to do it yet.

Alex,
I think I can make it, maybe both days.
Let it be known that I will come by, despite you not making it when me, Steve, Gary and Don brought my 215 in.
Anyway, I just need an address and a time.
I will do my best to help.

Alex, I haven't responded cuz I'm not sure if I can help yet?
You are welcome to the cart, I'll trade you something you may have around the office with four wheels ;)
BTW - Everyone that has used the cart - I want you to drop by sometime and mark on it with a sharpie: Date, MAAST Name, & Tank size. Or EMail me and I'll record it for you. Someday the "Cart History" will be fun to look back on :-D
Alex - Don't forget to record yours!!
P.S. Who can paint a MAAST logo on the cart :-D :-D

7-8 people?!? My brother-in-law and myself brought the 180 in alone, and I just moved it to re-shim the stand alone. I figure for a 240 you could do it with 3-4 people.
Yeah but the 180 wasn't built by glasscages...thick bracing on the top and bottom and glass overflows. Those tanks are Beasts! 8)
Alex cout me in also...I will be there!

Actually we only have to walk uphill, barefoot, in the snow one way. On the way back it is about mid-afternoon and we have to walk uphill, barefoot, carrying 3 jugs of RO, and its 115 degrees outside. :-D
