Yeah, its a work in progress  (not near bing done yet). Just finished drilling one 1.25" hole (1" PVC)for draining and 1" hole (3/4" PVC) for barbed intake. I'm using DIY bulkheads and washers from Lowes. I'm real pleased with the results, water tight :P . I'm going to change the intake to a right angle barbed fitting.

Dan, I've been doing Computer Mods and Detailed Stencil work with my trusty Dremel for years. Got me a Diamond bit Dremel in one hand and Spay Bottle in the other and presto. I spray and cut at the same time. You really just need steady hand. I've cut upto 1/4" with my dremel.

Everything I used was bought at Lowes. The seals are located/hanging by the faucet and sink repair area. 1.25 Washers.

Can you drill my tempered glass tank? :)
I'm curious. Why are you going this route instead of using bulkheads?
