does anyone have any experience with Deltec skimmers and turbo skimmers? I have seen them mentioned on reef central a few times, and people seem to sing their praises.

I was looking at this model of Turbo Skimmer, it incorporates a RowaPhos reaction chamber, and sit's right in the sump so no plumbing is needed.

Until Matt starts production up, I guess I can salivate over this puppy.

I've heard of deltec stuff as very high end stuff; something $1000 for calcium reactors. Never have seen their stuff in person, so I can't comment. Sure wish i could sell reactors for $1000, though :-D

I have heard nothing about them, except a pic I once saw of this thing that had like 8 inputs. It was about 4-5 ft tall & huge in diameter.

That skimmer in the link looks alot like a DAS skimmer. Same type insump model. I really liked it on my 115G tank. I had one before I got one of Matts. It was retail 349.00..

Matt, you can do it!!! ~~~ Just not to me! LOL !

If february/march roles around and Matt hasn't started back up, I may purchase one of these... not sure... Richard turned me on to http://www.bermudaaquatics.com/default.htm, which does both venturi and spray injection in the same skimmer.

anyone have a bermuda aquatics skimmer? looks like they build for fish stores, so they seem like they know their stuff.
