What would be a good skimmer and return pump for a 120g tank?

It is hard.

Start by deciding on these three things...how much money are willing to spend? do you have room in your sump for a good skimmer or do you want to get an external skimmer? there are several different ways that skimmers work: do some reading and decide on which way you want your skimmer to work: they are venturi , airstone driven , counter current, beckett , downdraft.
