Frozen - mysis shrimp(brand? any I guess), cyclop-eeze, special formula VHP (Ocean Nutrition)

Pellets - formula one small pellets from Ocean Nutrition. "Soft & Moist pellet with garlic" mmmmmm yummy! Actually just started using these a couple of weeks ago. Most fish take to them quickly and they are great for putting weight on thin fish.

Flake - Krill Plus from exotic tropicals. Made for african cichlids but the ingredients are perfect for marine fish also. In Austin, available at Amazonia I believe. http://www.fishhead.com/foods/Krill_Plus.htm

SeaWeed Selects (any flavor)

I alternate between all of these with my fish. Variety is the spice of life

All the above and H.E.B. seafood section brand. Blenders are a great reef invention, too bad they started mixing drinks in them also.

Here's what I currently use -

Frozen - San Francisco Bay brand - I mix up several different ones. I tried the Ocean Nutrition stuff, but it seems it either clumps too much or dissolves too small and my fish didn't like it as much.

Flake - Ocean Nutrition Formula Two and Prime Reef flakes - I didn't start this till recently and wasn't sure if my fish would take to it, they love it.

Other - Ocean Nutrition Seaweed Selects (red & brown) and Nori from HEB

Frozen - Krill, Mysid, brine, blood worms, baby brine, daphnia, cyclopeze, Tahitian Blend Algae Paste.

Flake - Formula One w/ garlic

Live - Black Mussels.

I don't know about you people sometimes. that stuff is great for the fish, but my favorite food of choice is pizza and beer. :-D :-D :-D
