Now I know everyone around here seems to use salifert, but Im wondering if y'all have had any experience with Aquarium Pharmaceuticals. River City Aquatics carries these and have them for a good price. Just wondering if they are worth switching to next time I need test kits.

Thanks,
Mike

AP Quality = Tetra Quality = Low Quality

I like Salifert, fastest/seatest, some seachem kits. Tried a Lamonte calcium test kit once and didn't care much for it. Some Red Sea kits are pretty good, the Pro kits I think they are called. I don't like the Red Sea CHEAP kits like the Alkalinity kit which just gives a reading of low, Good, High...pretty useless IMO.

The only Tetra kit I use is for alkalinity and only because I was given a couple of them. The rest of mine are mainly all Salifert.

Anyone know where I can pick up Salifert test kits locally?
