Ballast problem

I am having a problem with my ARO electronic ballast. It only turns on sometimes. I will come in, and the other 2 will be on but this one isnt. I have checked all the connections, and thats not it. Anyone have any ideas about what I can do?? I am firing a 250w DE Coralvue 14k bulb.

oh yeah, and if i unplug it for a while, and plug it back in, it will fire. Sometimes I need to plug it in a couple times.

Call Hellolight and ask.

I talked to hellolights, and they said it was a ballast prob. On their website, they said it was compatible with ANY bulb. They were bought from you, and they said you need to handle the warranty. They said it was a 3 year warranty.
