Have let the new tank cycle for 2 months now, and now see some what I think are amphipods (sp?) And a type of orange worm (orange colored
With little feet like a centipede), hope the worms are good??, I read the
pods are good for the tank. Think I'm ready to populate it.

Have a fishcam up on it (although granted no fish yet..haha)

(it requires IE and a Active X loader so if you don't activate ActiveX it
Won't work, sorry about that) it does streaming Mpeg4 video for it

Was thinking of getting a cleaning crew for the tank, and wondering what
Fish to start with....was thinking of a pair of clowns maybe???

Have pics attached....

Readings are:

Ph: 8.6
Alk: Normal/Low (Red Sea Kit doesn't really give a #)
Ammonia: .05
Calcium: 450
Nitrates: 0
Nitrites: 0
Temp: Avg 80-82 degrees
Spec. Grav. 1.022

Not real sure if the Ammonia reading is good or not.

Was gonna start with a cleaning crew to get rid of some algae, and was thinking of starting with a pair of clowns.....

Any advice on what to start with...and any local sources in Austin?

Yeah its a Linksys Internet Cam and thats the way they wrote it. Linksys
Has a seperate client you can use to view the video stream to, I'm working
On a link to that client. But that still only works with windows...

I use FireFox mainly and can't view it in the browser either.

Your PH seems high, might want to check it
