I recall a previous post, which I can't find, about a really good LFS in Corpus. My wife are going to be near there for a couple of days. Anyone recall what its called.

Gary...going there myself this weekend (today!) - name of it is: Tropical Fish Haven on Kostoryz (sp!) - from what I understand it wouldn't be that far off Padre Island Drive...SPID near the 2 malls somewhere! My parents know where it is & they taking me there.
Good Luck!

Gary...went down Saturday afternoon - they close at 7 on Saturdays, we got there at 6.....really impressed...Jerry wasn't there, but we where shown around...They have a awesome "workshop" where they build everything imaginable. Will prob have them build me a light system for my 30 gal. A little on the high side price wise, but pure quality from what I saw. Worth a trip when you're down that way.

I live in corpus and it's pretty sad how we only have one saltwater LFS, not including petco. That's why i'm always trying to take trips to houston, san antonio, or dallas. The prices are just a little too high for me at TFH. Bulkhead cost 13 bucks as opposed to the 6 i paid in houston, and in dallas. But o'well, sometimes they have some livestock at online prices. As far as drygoods, just a little on the steep side.
