Hi. I've posted 59 pictures of my RBTA taken over a 5 day period at

http://community.webshots.com/user/dbms06

that show how he was, why I thought he was going to split (slides RBTA10 and RBTA11), him moving on skimmer box, and slide RBTA52 was last slide before I went to bed last night. The rest of the slides (RBTA53 - 59) were taken today. He has part of him on front of skimmer box, which is what you see, and part of him inside the box. I can see his tentacles move when I look down the top of the box, but can't tell how muchof him is in the box. The "thin white stuff" is what is holding the two halves together. Can you please tell me what you think I should do? It has been this way for about 8 hours since I got up.

Would greatly appreciate your thoughts -thanks, Sid

It will split on its own, so do not cut it. You can probably peel it off the skimmer box pretty easy and the one inside the skimmer box would worry me because of the powerhead in the skimmer box. I would turn off the powerhead in the skimmer box. Wait for it to split. Then peel them both off and put them next to one another, actually side by side touching, in a place where you think they will not move, like a big hole in a rock or something like that.

Sid, That is great if it is spliting. My LBTA is on # 4 I think. Soon I will have to pull them out. It has split into 3 so far 4 is coming.
