I need worms to get my sand bed going, ans a bunch of them. I know IPSF has good worms but they are so pricy. Does any one know the best and cheapest way to get a bunch of worms?

the best and cheapest way is to hit up someone with a mature sandbed for a cup of sand. Did you redo your sandbed steve? New Tank?

I would offer, but i have pulled 4 cups out of my tank in the last couple months to jumpstart my refugium, I am hesitant to disturb it anymore (it's only 30 gallons)

It’s a new tank. I am hesitant to do that because of flatworms. The tank is new and flatworm free. The last time I got a cup of someone’s sand I also got their flatworms. I think I would rather buy some worms.

try www.inlandaquatics.com. They got some of the stuff You are looking for. I think some members here on the board had some issues with them.

well, steve, I may be ordering from IPSF in the next couple of weeks. THere is one catch, I am getting sea bunnies, and they have to deliver to a friend in pheonix, he will be driving the order in after he get's it (on his way to visit family.) if you want in on it... (Personally, why take the risk.) but it's out there if you want it.

thanks ram but I think I can meet the minimum by myself. I appreciate the offer.
