Does anyone have a spare HOB overflow I can borrow?

I finally got around to installing my new PanWorld Pump in my 125. (Its so sweet!) The only problem is that my POS HOB overflow can't handle the flow rate. I'm going to go ahead and order a new tank and have it drilled, but it will be a couple of weeks before I can get it and have it ready to go. In the mean time an extra overflow box should help out.

I came up with a temporary solution for now. I am by-passing water through a supply line to the fuge I was going to set up this weekend. Its not pretty, but I don't have water on the floor. The down side is that I'm not getting my fuge up and running, as I had hoped. Some of the flow that is currently being bypassed will eventually go to the fuge, and that will help some. The amount of bypass water is more than I could push through a fuge though. I'd blow everything out of it.

Thanks,
Gary

I have a single that I will be replacing with a double perhaps this weekend as I will probably be altering my canopy to install my 4 vho actinics, reconfiguring the lid/top and staining it darker...sheesh...very relaxing hobby...lol You could borrow it for a while. And yes, the only way to temporarily re-route the extra flow is 1) into your sump and 2) into your skimmer if possible 3) use a gate valve to throttle it back but that puts a little more wear and tear on the pump depending on how much throttle. (As far as I know) Oh...you will need to use or get your own hose as I am re using the original.

Thanks Fishhawk,

I got one at the meeting and the problem is resolved for now. Thanks for the offer though.
