Refugium pump

I have a 135 gallon tank which I have just added a 30 gallon fuge to.The fuge sits beside tank at same level(3 feet).Will pump water from sump (below main tank) into fuge and return via a one inch bulkhead located at top of fuge back down to sump.
Wondering what size pump/power head I should use to feed fuge?

IMO the best would be the pan world 40PX, around 400gph external only pressure rated pump. This is equivilent to the iwaki 20rlt. A very distant second would be the eheim 1250 or a mag 5.
