plate coral

My plate coral is 2 to 3 times bigger than it usually is. It swells up after eating but nothing like this. What could it be doing and why? I have had it for awhile and it is very healthy. It is a short tenacle.

mine do the same thing when they are trying to get sand off of them.

Yep, Mine does it every other night, he looks very healthy and growing, dont worry, they balloon up, its normal
