Need to borrow scuba stuff

if anyone has some gear i could borrow in SA please call me asap.
i already have my cert but am going through the course with my wife as her dive buddy.
i have most of my stuff but am lacking regulator,octo and tank.
ill need to have it for her class on friday night and through this weekend.
