Who would I need to contact about special events planning? I pop over here from time to time but mostly post on MARSH. We just had a frag swap and have been entertaining the idea of joint MAAST and MARSh frag swap. Ya'll may run into the same things I see us having, the same people bring the same frags and the new people buy. I would be willing to host it in Bryan(Aggieland) since I'm about and hour and half from Houston and Austin. What do ya'll think??

Well not sure if the Chicken would welcome us with open arms, though the smoke might be bad for frags. I wouldn't mind "adult" beverages at the house though ;)

While cold beer does sound good, an event with alcohol involved could not be sponsored or arranged by the club. Too much liability involved thanks to lawyers and out legal system these days. A friendly get together of fellow reef enthusiasts on their own accord would be find though! lol

That's fine, I understand, I'd just like to have one big happy frag swap so I can get new goodies/corals and put some names to these faces I see online :)

OK, I've planned on have an Aggieland Frag swap on October 10th at 1pm, thats a Sunday and a little into the afternoon so you guys can drive over for the fun. My address so you can mapquest it is
