The first one kinda resembles some form of Xenia, need a better pic to be sure, the "sticky" part doesnt fit Xenia though, the second is almost for sure Mojano which can be invasive. I suggest a Google search for more precise nformation.

I would hang on to the one in the front to see what it turns into. The one in the back is Mojano. Move the entire thing to a species nano tank. Majanos come in several different colors, resemble small bubble tip anemones and reproduce like crazy by splitting. If you don't have anything that they can sting and bother, it might be fun to keep a few, but, they will be many before long and you'll regret the day you ever saw it in your tank. I have some of the green ones, I'd take it if it was red or orange or some other color.

You said it was real sticky. In that case its healthy or part of its healthy and could be very dangerous to your fish on contact. If it prefers the dark side of the rock, then its a serious predator type. It doesn't look like its got all its tentacles yet. Sticky = sting power.
