Feed em well too. I usually soak their food in some garlic juice and they beat it on their own.

I thought cleaner wrasses eat flatworms and stuff like that.

I would try a shrimp. In a weak moment I bought 2 clowns from a CO that starts with PET. They got ich pretty bad with in 2 days. Anyway, I got one peppermint shrimp and now my ich is gone. I did feed them some garlic.

started garlic this morning, cant seem to keep a cleaner shrimp alive. put a long tentacle in yesterday thats all i have added. ick just started yesterday.

Yeah, it took me 5 peppermint shrimp to get one to live.

I know that in freshwater ich, if you raise the temp, the ich will cycle faster. You might try raising your temp for a few days. In freshwater they recommend 86. This will actually kill freshwater ich, but I think that saltwater ich is tougher. Just a thought.
