2 Hermits, weird stuff

2 of my dwarf blue( I think, can't rember) legged hermits, their shells are interlocked, and one every so often starts shaking and makes like a clicking noise. There are tons of shells in that aquarium and they are my only 2 crabs, are they fighting?

Now that I think of it, its more of a tapping sound, like someone taking a pebble and tapping glass with it.

lol, seriously though they might be mating. i always come home to see my sandbed turned into a............well...........BED! :D :P

:lol: LOL :lol: 30 mins ago I tried to wiggle one off the other, the stopped interlocking and one would not let go of the shell and just held on as the other walked around. Now one its just crusing the tank and the other is sitting on the top of a rock that sticks out of the water(but is kept wet because the filter return hits right on top. I search on google and only found "Mating or Fighting" threads, all unreplied to :?

I don't see any smoking, the one on the rock is still there. He must being like being semi out of water :D
