What do you think this is, a Holiday Inn?

I am checking interest on getting a group rate at a hotel in Corpus for this months meeting. I have already submitted a group rate request at the Holiday Inn Emerald beach. I stayed there everytime I went down there as a kid. If you fall off your balcony you will land on the beach. If anyone else has any hotel suggestions let me know and I will check those out too. We need to get atleast 10 rooms for a group rate, so the more the better.
