got a naso tang yesterday, seems to not be eating. anyone have one? what do you feed?

Mine eats a little of everything. Lots of seaweed/algae and also frozen foods. Try soaking some dried seaweed in some garlic and it should go for it quickly. The garlic helps attract them, after that you won't need it although it is good to help with ich. They need to be provided with food to graze on all the time or as often as possible.

i already feed the julian sprung dried seaweed daily to sailfin and orange shoulder. i read they prefer the brown algae. havent ever tried the garlic. thanks for the info.

Mine eats brown, red, and green algae.
