I think some might call it a pico cube or the like, tank volume is .97 gallons.

Inhabitants are so far:
1 black nassarius snail (not sure what type)
What I think is called sawblade macro algae (id would be welcome)
A few small lumps of live rock
a zoo rock I got from Samiam

Water changes are performed twice a week, about a cup of water, done right after feeding time. Accomplished with a short bit of airline tubing and a taco cabana cup as the receptical. :) I have to top off about 1mm of water every morning and evening. There is no need for a heater as the building is maintained between 74 and 78 24/7 365. I am using the natures ocean pre-made water for now (it is handy) but will probably start mixing oceanic in the jug and brining it back in when it runs out.

There is a small filter running on it, you can see part of it in one of the pics. It runs a ciber pad and a pad that is supposed to 'carbon' somehow... it moves the water anyhow. :)

Lighting is accomplished with the included 7.5K power compact. So far the zoos seem to love it. Photo period varies with my schedule now, I haven't had a chance to put it on a timer.

Future plans for stocking include: 2 Dwarf zebra hermits, and a sexy shrimp. Any more than that and I may be pushing it I think, heck, that may be pushing it.

Goals for the nano cube?

To keep me from stressing out in a very stressful job, and to help draw my eye to the smaller life I hope will crop up in this tank. I am planning on buying some Miracle Mud, which i recently read a review on in CORAL, for my new 115, I may add a thimbul full of it to this tank, as it is supposed to add an incredible amount of diversity to the tank.

Well, here ya go, sorry if the formatting is bad, I did rip them down from their original 2 MB to just over 300K.

::Xien posted much nicer versions, so scroll on down!::

wow, those pics came out bigger than the tank! :) oops! Also, the center species of zoos is the one I asked about previously, they seem to take longer to open up in the AM and after feeding. This photo was taken shortly after lights on. There is also a mushroom in the tank I forgot about, when I get my camera back from being repaired, I'll slap a picture in there for him aswell.

Ram_Puppy, your running this in your office? Oh so very cool!! Have you had any issues with building turning off the air at night or weekends? Looks like a really cool idea for the office!!!

No Problem Mark! As far as air conditioning and what not goes, i work at USAA which as about 10,000 employees, and at any given time, even at night, there are about 2,000 people there, so climate remains constant.

Xien, I was going to do it earlier but I was out in the hillcountry, dial up.. ick... just took care of it.

I got the zoos from SamIAm, and yes, they really are white, I have another rock with them in my 30 at home, along with more purples, and some sexy orange/red ones.

I decided to do a little re-aquascaping today as I kept forgetting the shroom was there because it wasn't in a viewable spot.. so I pulled the rocks out, and was even more suprised by the 10 or so copepods skittering around! excellent! for a tank running 3 weeks that is awesome.

Is that one of those Red Sea cubes? My wife has beta in one. When it dies I'm changing it over to salt.

I like that little tank. I also use it to keep ghost shrimp for my trigger.

I am thinking about adding a sexy shrimp to the mix of mine...

A sexy shrimp would be nice. I saw one in West Palm with a large Emerald Crab and some zoanthids

thanks Dan! I am having lots of fun and spreading reef joy (note, I decided not to use the term 'reefer' here) around my office, the nano has inspired 2 people to abandon their FO systems and put together a reef, and Two people I know are two timid to move into marine so far, but will be starting freshwater tanks soon... if nothing else, this little guy is bringing me enjoyment, and growing our hobby.
