Clown Nest?

Do tomato clowns make a nest? My female keeps wallowing out these "holes" in the sand, very messy, it gets sand all over my plate corals and rocks in the area. Any way of stopping this behavior.

My clowns wont stop. they move all the sand away from the Anemone.
I thought to use crushed coral to solve this, they still move it. This has been going on for the last 4 yrs I have owned them. Dont think it will change, I switched tanks. They still do it.
