LIGHT PROBLEM......HELP

My 48" CSL power compact with moonlight has one side out. I changed bulbs and determined it was not the bulbs. The fixture is only 5 months old. I also changed out ballast this morning but still out, what else could it be?????

Bad switch probably if there are seperate switches, or by chance, but I doubt it, there might be a fuse inside somewhere.

Bad switch, loose wire, bad ground, or bad connection at the bulb.
