snail order for Austinites?

Really I'm just looking for some snails and possibly some hermits. A larger order at reeftopia (and others) would get free shipping.

I would advise against the Ebay dude "forevergreenlandscapes2003" with the snails. I bought 100, half died in transit and I think i have maybe a dozen left after a week. I did split the 100 between 2 tanks and the same thing happened. To me it was a $40 mistake. My true nasurius (sp) did enjoy the snack along with the hermits.

if it is from that guy then the snails are not the right snails that we are looking for in our hobby. There are plenty of places to get a good deal on snails and crabs. Let's get the right oes to make it a positive experience.

I notice that most the Austinites interested seem to be NW to far NW. It may be a better idea if somebody up there wants to place the order and take delivery instead of everybody coming to me in Oak Hill. Or if we had a volunteer to come down here and take everything for the North people.

If someone's available to order up there, TAXMAN said he was in for 100 snails at $40. I don't need that many, like to split 100 snails with somebody else. I'd like 25. I'm also interested in a peppermint shrimp or two (they have a special of 8 for $2.50 each). Overall I could probably find $40 worth of livestock for myself.
