This young Berghia is about 14 days old.
It is less than 1 mm in length and magnified 60x for the picture.
Can you see his 2 eyes?

Well I called it an "it". When more mature, either sex is correct because it will be both at the same time. Too wild, huh? :D

Do they morph to a particular sex as they mature, or do they remain herms for life?

They are herms for life taking turns fertilizing each other. Gad, what a thought. Their sex glands are on the right side of their heads. No folks, this is not Sci-Fi, its for real.
