The fish is Histrio histrio - a.k.a. sargassum frogfish
The anemone looks like it may be in the Calliactis genus

Did you try the nudi on the whips? Why do you suspect it eats the man-o-war? Go for a color and texture match first. Was it in the sargassum weed? Looks a lot like the frogfish. Maybe he'll eat that? :)

I think the nudibranch is, Scyllaea pelagica. The pelagic nudibranch, Glaucus atlanticus, is the one that feeds and rides on it's prey the man-o-war.

Scyllaea pelagica is usually found living in the open sea attached to floating kelp and other brown sea weed. It feeds on small hydroids which live of the sea weeds.HYDROZOA contains roughly 10,000 species, accounting for about two thirds of the total number of species in the phylum. The common names for hydrozoans include hydroids, fire corals, and hydrocorals, but siphonophores, such as the Portuguese Man o' War are also members of this group (Ronald L. Shimek) . jng3 you are correct this is Scyllaea pelagica and it seems im going to have allot of them...anyone want the nudi is welcome to it. its in a Q-tank right now and will stay there till the hatch.

it was easy ya just wait till it washes up on the beach... seriously.. stop laughing...no really we were just walking up and down the beach when my wife said LOOK a fish and picked the frogfish up.
a few minutes later we found the lil anemone rolling back into the ocean and about a half hour later
we were looking through the seaweed for seawhips when we found the nudi.
I also found a great seawhip. here are some pictures..
as far as where do you have a 4x4?? if not you can get close to where we were.
go into corpus on 37 get off at p22 and go over the bridge (big bridge) and on to the island.
when you get on the island stay on p22 for another 6-8 miles and youll come up on
a pay gate for the national seashore. go through the gate (after you pay the 15.00) and go to
the end of that road you see a sighn that says (4x4 only past this point) take a left right there
and go to the beach and park.
go south on the beach about 3-400 yds and start watching as the surf goes in and out ... thats all we did...
if you have a 4x4 get a map and get on the 4x4 trail and look for the road that goes over to the gulf side and do the same thing .. just look arround in the seaweed and watch the surf as things come in and out....
