Drill Press?

Does anyone have a drill press I could use to drill 2 holes in a plastic rod for a DIY project i'm doing? I live in SW Austin, so the closer to that the better, but I just can't see buying a drill press for just this when I live in an apartment and will be moving in 5 months. If not, I'll just hold off until next time I visit my parents house and use my dads, but if ones a few miles away then I can get this project done!

i have a drill press but i live in sa. round rock is much closer but your more than welcome to use mine.
