Need a little help

Noticed a few things popping up in my tank lately. One is what to me looks like some sort of sea squirt. Small and solid white, however this has small tentacles. Also have noticed what lloks like small circular tube worm homes all over my rock. Any suggestions or what I may have?

Sounds like a good thing to me. Bio-diversity on LR is a sign of a healthy tank.
