I am in need of someone who can do some simple acrylic work for me. I want to put a Calfo-style overflow on a tank so I need the acrylic box. Do any of you do such work or can recomend someone who can? Thanks!

Yes Dan Is The Man when it comes to acylic.

A calfo is an overflow for drilled back tanks. It is a kind of gutter that extends the full length of the tank on the top back of the tank with the bulkheads inside of it. In my case it would be basically 2 48"X3" pieces of acrylic welded together at a 90 deg angle. I will then silicone it in place. You get better surface skimming with this setup than you do with overflow boxes.

If you want to see what one looks like, the picture Joshua has up on his 75 gallon that was for sale is using a califo system.
