Paint

I am getting a canopy built for my 175, and it needs to be painted black. What paint should be used? Also ,should a sealant be used? If I remember correctly, paint the inside white right? Let me know. Thanks!

Alex, I painted my stand with Flat Black water paint and then put 3 coats of PolyCrilic, this will protect the stand from the salt.

the stand is already built, its oceanic. The same for the canopy? Do i polycrillic the inside also?

I used Helmsman. It is Marine grade, for boats and such. Definitely, whatever product you use, protect the inside, too. The inside is subjected to the "elements" more....
