Yes, max length is around 3.5in. so they don't need too big of a tank. Still would recommend at least a 29g or larger.

C. argi can be kept in smaller tanks, even down to 20 gallons, but can be very territorial with other small fishes - many gobies, small basslets, and other dwarf angels both smaller and larger, may be harrassed/killed. A 29 or 30 long would be the smallest tank sizes I would recommend for an adult C. argi. I would recommend live rock, as they enjoy grazing throughout the day.
On the plus side, this is probably the easiest of the dwarf angels to care for, as they usually accept any foods offerred (including flake), and seem to be more disease resistant IME. Their relative success (compared to other species in the family) in captivity may be due in part to shorter shipping times (they're from the carribean, versus west pacifc for many other species), and more sustainable collection practices (typically net caught/ non-cyanide anesthetics used).

to those who have experience with them, do you think they would be ok to keep with soft corals? :)

I got one in w/ a couple of softies. No problems, but I have a 125 gallon tank and I do feed dried Seeweed.
