I just filled my 140 up, and now it's a 1/16" out of level from left to right, it was dead on perfect before water. Is a 1/16 stretched over 48" a big deal?, Suggestions

In my opinion, 1/16" over a 4' span isnt extreme, as long as the tank is sitting flat at all four corners and isnt stressing any seams, you should be ok. Put a level on the tank and compare it to the stand, if the stand is level and the tank isnt, you may have a stress problem.

Is the tank on carpet or tile. I would have to second JimD advice on cking the stand vs tank. Also is this a glass tank on a frame or an acrylic tank.

It's actually closer to dead-on now, then it was this morning. The tank is framed glass. I tried to get some feelers blades under the tank, only able to slip in between the tank and the stand towards the center of the front glass. i guess it's leveling itself, I'll keep my fingers crossed
