I have never owned an angel before and at the shop we just fed them whatever the reps gave us for free(samples).
So who has angels and what are you feeding them??
Thanks
Robert

What kind of angel(s) are we talking about? How large?
Some like sea urchins, others sponges. Algaes for sure. Most will nail krill like wild.
Its loads of fun to watch a large Rock Beauty take out a live long spined urchin.
And a bit disheartening to watch a large angel eat your favorite pair of banded coral shrimp.
Those grass shrimp would be a nice treat if its big enough.
I like the new SF Bay angel/butterfly formula and so do my fish.
It has mussels and sponges, as well as some nice krill/plankton and algaes.
Perfect diet, although you may want to concoct your own mix.
I always use a variety pk with lots of algae in it and never had any troubles with all kinds of angels. Never had one turn anything down. Keep brine shrimp in the diet too. Good fibre.
Algae is required and if its something like a Koran, then sponges too.
