well i just got my fugium hooked up (actually last night around 1230 am with help of jason) It has 3 25 gallon fuges with 90 gallons of sump, this is added to my 25 fuge with 60 sump. i also moved my pump under the house becasue wife hates the noise, actually she hates the tank, lights, fish and everything to do with this hobby. bUt she still lets me keep it.
i plan on adding miracle mud to one refugium what expirence has everone had with this, what are some good nutrient exporters to use.
well i just had to share this inforamtion becasue i have been waiting to hook this up for a long time and for some reason all my friends think i am a weirdo for having a tank.

Tell your "normal" friends that we reefkeepers are proud to be weirdos! Better yet, post their email addresses so EVERYONE in MAAST can send them some nice big photos. :-D

We are a little weird. Who in their right mind would have paid $255 for a tiny frag of the purple monster on spsfrags? That is insane. I have a Tim's purple monster that I will be fragging by the end of the summer. Just as purple with just as neon green polyps. Maybe mine was the original and I just didn't know it...LMAO....

That store, inlandreeef, is a GREAT place. Not the absolute cheapest, but excellent service and real committment to the advancement of our hobby. They are putting together and self funding a $10,000 study to determine the actual contents of various salt mixes. Can you imagine Alamo or TT doing that? And, being in NH, they're experts on cold water tanks.
I had a feeling something called "miracle mud" might be less than miraculous.

Yup. They have several studies goin on. The Eco-Aqualizer, which had an infamous thread on RDO. Read the thread...its great. A partner or something was on the thread advocating the product, as was basically made to look like a fool. That thread is synonomous with "Most Rediculous Quotes"
