OK, the stuff is now going wild in my main tank and spreading like wildfire. Pulling it out has almost become a non option and it's begining to cover rocks and corals. I had to break off one of my acros from one rock and just throw that rock into my fuge along with all the pom pom xenia that had detached from the rock and attached to the caulerpa.

Any proven method to get it out of my main tank other than removing all rock and replacing with new. Attempted an Achiles tang that doesn't seem to have the taste for it.

My Powder Blue goes after the stuff. I had a little in my main tank and he cleaned it out.

Dont put it in there to begin with!! I am going through the same thing with my 45 reef. I had a nice little patch in a corner and now its a constant nuscince. I have an urchin in there now but he sure is a slow eater. Its a 45 so I cant add a tang...

Foxface Rabbitfish are strick vegetarians and will tear up any caulerpa in the tank. They're a peaceful addition to any tank but can get a little large so I wouldn't add one to anything under 55G's.

Cool, I'll check to see if any of the LFS happen to have one. I thought that I had heard that they would eat it.

It is hard to beat a rabbit fish or a tang but you have to get them small and be prepared to relocate them when they grow up. Or use them as an excuse to get a bigger tank.
