Check the hellolights.com website for prices and use those as guidelines. Josh's prices should be a little better.

I'll take one of their metal halide parabolic reflectors. I'll look for the part number as I only need the reflector.

Blake, Make sure Josh knows what you want. You can leave the check under my doormat made out to Josh Knutsen sometime in the next couple of days.

For ease, if everyone can leave their checks under my doormat in the next couple of days, that would be the easiest thing for me. Just send me a pm when you drop it off so I know it is under the mat.

DIRECTIONS TO MY HOUSE:

From 1604, Take Stone Oak Blvd North until you hit Hardy Oak Road (you wil go through 4 lights and 1 stop sign and Hardy Oak will be the 2nd stop sign you hit at the top of the hill). Turn left on Hardy Oak and follow it for about 1.5 miles. We are the first subdivision on the right after you pass the Elementary school. Turn right into the subdivision The Park at Hardy Oak. Take that street until you hit a T stop, which will be our street (you can't get lost)

I know this order is already in the works and it's probably too late but has anybody considered talking to Aquatic Warehouse about setting up a group order through them....that way Josh won't have the hassle, theres a central meeting place for payment and pick-up, they could hold items for people like me who are out of town, and we could support a great local business. I swear I'm not getting a kick back here but it makes sense to me and I know they're interested in working with this forum. Shipping could be even cheaper and I'm sure they could still get us great prices. I'm not trying to preach to anybody because I've done group orders before too but I think it would be very considerate of us to at least inquire about it so we can, if nothing else, give them a chance to help us out and we oculd help support them too. Just a thought.

Good point Adam. We will keep that in mind for the future. I don't think they have the XM bulbs though.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they don't carry anything metal halide in stock but they've told me before they can get just about anything. I've seen other websites carrying the XM bulb so I'm sure they could get it. Also would it be possible for them to do basically the same thing that Joshua does? I'm not at all trying to harp on anybody, just throwing out ideas. If they con't get what we're looking for then it makes perfect sense to go about it this way.

The only problem with doing that is when I go to pick up my bulbs I spend more money in there shop. :-D

Sounds like a good business opportunity to me. Unfortunately my wife wouldn't like me going there unsupervised, but she's starting to get the itch worse than me lately.
