I would use Turbo calcium and a good buffer (i use seachem 8.3) to bring your calcium up and then use the Kalkwasser drip to maintain the level you want.

Run the Kalk for makeup water on a float valve or doseing pump. It works! It won't bring up alk or calcium quick but over a period of months it does bring the system into check. I'd go with R.Allard's recommendations and hit it with some turbo calcium and buffer. To get you up to snuff.
