Tank of the Month Committee

I need some volunteers for the Tank of the Month committee to work with me. Promise you it will be FUN!

Tank of the month would be fun but would probably get repetitive. How about coral of the month? You could focus on a few examples of people and their experience with that specific coral . (lighting, flow, growth, feeding,ect).

How about we do something like picture of the month. Similar to BigReefer's idea, but could be a fish, coral, rock, whatever. Like he said, not really enough of us to keep tank of the month from getting repetetive, and it would give us all reasons to sit in front of our tank for hours/days looking for that perfect shot!

I am a moderator on a Cichlid site. The way we do the monthly thing is we have a different category each month. 4-6 months out of the year it is best tank, but then we will alternate months in which we would have a contest for best fish photo, etc. A contest incorporating best fish shot, coral shot, etc like mentioned earlier would be fun. Just start a theme for the contest at the beginning of the month and then watch all the good shots that will come in.

well i like the idea. the tank of the month could post what makes their tank tick. [lights,filter,fuge,reactors and things]

Do you mean one trophy that would changes hands every month, but with a single area to list all the previous winners? I can do that.

I can pretty much do anything...I ask only that our business perhaps get a small spot in the "sponsors" section? We are a small (very small..I am the only employee) company and could use some help.
