great pics. How long have you had this setup?

only about a month or two. the lights i've had about two months along with some of the corals. they used to be in my 20 sump until i drilled and plumbed the 29. (thanks to prof for building the stand, the overflow and helping me drill the glass). all the rock came from extablished tanks.

RSC, that isn't a bad hair day. A few snails will cure that. If you want a couple more frags let me know.

One note here: Only experienced reef keepers should try to keep SPS in
a newly setup tank like this. Amoung other things during the stabilization
of the tank, the hair algae cycle can kill the SPS.

There is a very easy cure for this particular green hair algae. If you ad a few more Turbo or Trochus, these algea will vanish over a few days.

the first couple pics are of some of my corals. still aclimating them to the lights and adding an hour each week.

the last three pics are of my new anemone. he's in sams old 35 gallon and fills up the left half.

yea sam the purple monster bleached under the new lights...it still has polyp extention though so i'm crossing my fingers.

jason...you know darn well that sebae is larger then 18" across. i'm worried that if i fail to feed that thing it might crawl out and catch one of my cats :-D
