Clams - best place to buy?

Does anyone know a reputable place to buy clams? I went by Tim and Jim's places today and have decided its time for me to get a pair of them -
need to get the Derasa or Squamosa since they seem to be the ones that
do not require intense lighting. Thanks.

Either have Jim get them for you or get them from Barry at clams direct.

I got my 2 from Jim, and i love them. Thats the primary reason im sticking with the MH's, so i can keep them :D

I didn't really get around to talking about the clams as much as trying to learn all the different corals...WOW!!!!! :shock: I will get with Tim in the near future and ask him about them. I will also check out the clams direct site. Do we ever do a group order for them?

Jim coordinated a group order just before Christmas. He was talking about possibly doing another in a couple months.
I got one of the ones that came in that group order and I am hooked too.

i got one from aquatic warehouse. Pretty cool looking little guy. he was pretty gold, but when I brought him home he had some really nice blue tint to him/her.
