PEARLY EYES

I just got a tobaco basslet, but its eyes are kind of murky or pearly looking. I've seen this before in puffer fish. Does anyone know what this is caused from, or is it normal for some fish to have a pearly look to their eyes?

My false eye puffer has it. I would really like to know what causes it and how to cure it.

I'm faily certain its perfectly normal for puffers. As far as the basslet, I am not sure. Is it the bluish dots over the eye? or like cloudy eye?
