They are submersible so what about the 6 exposed screws? Stainless and it doesnt matter? Thanks

Overtime the stainless steel will break down and rust, but they should be ok. If you're that worried, you can try to find some plastic screws of the correct size.

Or place a silicon dab over each screw.

Yeah, what Misti said, aquarium sealant will do the job.

I think they're bronze, not S.S. But the silicone is a good idea, except when I had one I had to clean it every couple of weeks or it would crap out. Solution was iwaki.

I am running 3 mag drives on different tanks. I don't have any problems with them clogging or corroding. They can be run inline.
