HawkFish are pretty hardy and they mostly perch from rock to rock.

An organism that is a bottom dweller that will pick up the extra food and clean stuff off the bottom. That can survive in an aggressive fish tank.

I have a FlameHawkfish and he eats almost anything that falls into the aquarium.

Such as:

Squid
Formula 2
Blood Worms
Brine Shrimp
Mysis Shrimp

I'd go with a bi color goatfish, or a high hat. both can be had from about 15-25, give or take a little.

just keep your eyes open smeagol.

man the fish are endless , but the gramma lorreto(royal gramma) is a good find as well as any alge blenny. I would stay aay from the goat fish , and the high hat isn't one of my fav's!! I've spent th4e last 2 years collecting 0ddities and they both don't fin fit my "good fish" personna, for your certain application!!!!!!

"That can survive in an aggressive fish tank."

and not a reef

alge blennies often starve once their supply of greens runs out, and usually refuse to eat anything else.
