You ground it right? I didn't read anywhere in the directions to ground it. Maybe I'm missin somethin

Yes, the ground is the black wire from the timer going to the outlet through the replacement power cord. And then the off white colored wire from the cord will go on the very bottom screw of the outlet. Thanks for asking I must have cut that out be acciedent I have updated the file. If you have anymore questions just let me know.

Awesome project. I was finally able to locate the timers here in san antonio. Radio shack said they are a discontinued item. So I bought all three here in the san antonio district. Thanks for the heads on this project.

I would suggest to replace the recepticle w/ a GFCI. Use of one of those grey outdoor boxes would make it look a lot better.

I would suggest doing all the wiring in the bathtub with the electricity on...this way you KNOW is workin.

If you arent into hardwiring stuff, they do sell a digital timer that is 3 prong for like 19 bucks at home depot.

Grr, I had this stored on my other PC, which I have recently formatted. Soo I guess I will have to write it up again but its no problem I'm off for the summer and have tons of free time.
