AquaTek had something that looked very much like this many many moons ago, it was pre-sold. I don't remember how much though.

Aquatek actually had like 5 or 6 small ones of these last month. I have a green one that I found when moving my tank that I have had about a year or so - have only seen red, orange and green speckled L. multiflora. They 'seem' to be hardier than the blue and orange linckias for what it's worth - mine sent off a leg that started growing on it's own a while back.
