encrusting gorgonian

okay all well i need a little help here, i bought an encrusting gorgonian from reeftopia, now how do i put it in my tank, i think it cant be exposed to air , am i correct, thanks for any help!!!!

The air isn't going to kill it or anything. I didn't have any problems with mine.

Yeah, mine took a day or two before it really extended. I miss it, stupid chocolate tang! Gloves or some kind of grabber are always good to use when handling things in the tank. I finally got me a pair of those Aqua Gloves. Kind of weird using them though as it is hard to pick up small things. But definately worth it as I get all kinds of dirt and junk on my hands/arms with work and I am always sticking my arm in the tank.

i have one and its in a uber high current. when i got it it took a week to open but when it did i was amazed at how friggin long the polyps were
