Fritz Invertebrate banquet

i bought some Fritz today and it is great but how much would you all recommend with feeding on this stuff? I have a medium to heavy coral load and i also feed microvert anf frozen brine. How many days a week do you all feed. Is there any way to measure how much you should use? ml? I have an eighty gallon.

I just squirt it in. If I had to guess it would be about a tablespoon it a 75 gallon. I do this with instant algea 2-3 times per week.
