I got two neon gobies on the last Reeftopia order I did and they are the first ones I have ever had. They have decided to make my large zooanthid colony their home and seldom stray from it unless it's feeding time. Kind of fun to watch them peeking out from the middle of the zoos. Anyone else have fish besides clownfish host in different corals?

One of my two orchid dottybacks have taken up residence in a hole right underneath my maze brain where it is sitting on LR...No other fish could get in except for the other dottyback...Neat watching him poke his "orchid" face out of the hole and dart back in...he guards it well.

And my pair of blk/wht clowns are now hosting my large green striped mushrooms since I got rid of the torch coral...You would think they'd check out the Rose BTA...but noooooo....they just wallow around on top of the shrooms...

Chris - these lil guys will set up a 'cleaning station' in the wild and fish will come by and get a once over. Sounds like yours decided the zoanthid patch looked like a good piece of real estate.

i used to have a twin spot goby that parked it under my open brain. when i went to move the brain later on thinking that the fish had died and been eaten i found a HUGE hole under there where he seemed pretty happy with himself.

My purple firewish has done the same thing under my very large open brain. Any time he is disturbed he dives under the brain in a flash.
